TK Bad Terms & Conditions

TK Bad (bunext, referred to as the "Platform") is an online betting and gaming service provider. When you TK BadBy visiting the website (tkbad.ws), registering, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.

This Terms & Conditions constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and TK Bad, prepared in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are advised to refrain from using TK Bad.

Each individual is entitled to only One open an account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. If more than one account is detected under the same individual, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses will be forfeited.

Account security is entirely your responsibility. Never share your login credentials (username and password) with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification:

• TK Bad may verify your identity at any time after registration.
• A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport may be requested.
• Withdrawals may be restricted or suspended until KYC verification is complete.
• Submitted documents may take up to 72 hours to be verified.

TK Bad Deposits and withdrawals are supported via all major mobile banking services including Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

Deposit Terms:

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 100.
• Maximum single deposit: BDT 50,000 (subject to change based on account verification level).
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay, please contact support.
• Deposited funds may only be used for betting activities.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals are typically processed in under 24 hours.
• Processing may be delayed on weekends or public holidays.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes eligible for withdrawal only once the wagering requirement has been met.

TK BadAll bonus and promotion offers on TK Bad are subject to specific terms. Accepting a bonus constitutes your agreement to all terms associated with that bonus.

Welcome Bonus:

• A 100% welcome bonus applies on your first deposit (terms and conditions apply).
• A minimum wager of 10x the bonus amount is required before the bonus can be cashed out.
• Wagering must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
• Each user is eligible for the Welcome Bonus once only.

Regular promotions:

• Reload bonus, cashback, and free bet offers must be used within the specified validity period.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the offer.
• TK Bad reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

TK BadBefore placing a bet on, make sure you fully understand the odds, potential winnings, and applicable rules for each bet. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

• Minimum bet amounts may vary by market.
• Maximum bet limits are set by TK Bad and are subject to change.
• Odds change rapidly in live betting. The odds displayed at the time of bet submission are final.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a bet is accepted at an incorrect price due to a technical error, TK Bad reserves the right to void that bet.
• Placing simultaneous bets on opposing outcomes in the same match (arbitrage betting) is prohibited.

Parlay & Accumulator Bets: Multiple events can be combined into a single parlay bet. If any event in the parlay does not win, the entire bet is lost. If one event is cancelled, it will be removed and the remaining selections will continue to stand.

TK Bad We are committed to maintaining a fair and safe betting environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Multiple Accounts: Opening or operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Bots & Automation: Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets.
• Money Laundering: Using the TK Bad platform for money laundering purposes.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets with prior knowledge of a match's outcome or using such insider information.
• Fraudulent bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts under different identities to abuse the bonus system.
• Hacking or Cyber Attacks: Attempting unauthorised access to TK Bad's systems.
• Accounts for Minors: Assisting anyone under the age of 18 in opening or using an account.

TK Bad reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or fabricated information.
• When fraudulent, deceptive, or suspicious activity is detected.
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).

The user may also, at any time, support team's request account closure. Any valid balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed, provided there is no ongoing violation or active investigation.

TK Bad We always strive to provide a stable and reliable service. However, TK Bad is not liable for the following:

• If a bet is missed due to internet disconnection or a device issue.
• For losses caused by delays or errors on the part of third-party payment providers.
• In the event of a service outage caused by unforeseen technical disruptions (force majeure).
• If a user's account credentials are inadvertently exposed to a third party.

TK Bad's total liability shall not exceed the original amount of the transaction in question. Betting is a risk-based activity — the user bears full responsibility for any wins or losses.

TK Bad believes that betting is a form of entertainment, not an addiction. We encourage all users to bet consciously and responsibly.

• Set your own betting limits and stick to them.
• Don't bet out of emotion or to chase losses.
• Don't treat betting as a source of income.
• Use the self-exclusion feature to temporarily suspend your account if needed.
• If family or friends express concern, take what they say seriously.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute between TK Bad and a user will first be addressed through negotiation.

For any complaints, please write to us in detail at support@tkbad.ws. We aim to respond within 48 hours. If the matter cannot be resolved through discussion, it will be settled through a mutually agreed-upon mediator.

• If any provision of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
• Any waiver granted by TK Bad applies to that specific instance only and does not constitute a general waiver.
• If both English and Bengali versions of this agreement exist, the Bengali version shall prevail.
